Panic floods your mind,
Things become surreal,
Denying the possibility
That it is indeed reality.
Muscles tighten,
Rapid, shallow breaths,
Eyes fill with tears.
Fear invades your mind.
Helpless, isolated,
Screams cannot be heard,
Begging for your life.
Please, just let me live.
