The Pub was full to capacity there
A new entertainer had Dave unaware
You see he was picked to sing the Canadian Anthem
But when he lived in Canada it had different words then
So his wife pointed him out
Dave tried to fake a new route
Sliding under the table to disappear
But the entertainer came near
Dave said He didn't remember the song
but the entertainer wanted Dave to go along
So he picked 'Danny Boy' for Dave to sing
A song with a deep Irish ring
Except Dave was just a puppet act
HIs mouth moved but the entertainer was in the back
His wife brought out the camera again
But the battery died and up she came
Right to the stage to asked Dave here
If he could change the battery gear
All the while He's trying to mime
His face turning red and starting to shine
So for the rest of the trip he became known
As 'Danny Boy' a David clone
But again we have to proceed
to finish the story with more speed
