Is a solace to the soul you should know…
You teased me and tricked me in loving you
It was a truthful Lie and I believed in you
You fooled me as a kid and drove away
Never to return a glance that you cared
You fixed your eyes and kissed me twice
Held my hands and said good-bye
My eyes disclosed the love and you could know
The tears of love never did flow
Beloved my love for you is hard to show
And you are too far to touch and glow
I’ll never let my lips talk of love
Only if you carried a Heart you would know…
