Cin Sweet Fields - In The Dark

2014-11-07 1

In a dark room
I sat alone, in darkness
‘Till turning on a light
While entering
A dark man, wearing white
Brought with him
Into the room, now light
A box, the box was white
He opened the lid
It was also white inside the box
I crawled inside the white box
He closed the lid
I was now in the dark
Inside the box

In a room
I sat alone, in darkness
Inside a box
Outside I didn’t know
If it was light or not
Or if the man
who’d brought the white box
Was there, in the dark
Or in the light, or had gone
All I knew was, in the light
The box outside was white
In the light, with an open lid
The box inside was white
But it mattered not
With a closed lid
I was in the dark in the white box
Whether outside
It was dark, or light
