I try
but I just can't
even step I take I get pushed back two more
he says things will eventually become better
so what
am I just suppose to wait
suppose to go on like this for god knows how long
go on always in pain
always lost
always tossed aside
I don't know if I can do that
I don’t know if I can last that and still come out sane
I want to
I really do
I want to survive
I want to live in the light
I want to win this battle with the darkness
but the more I struggle
the more I fight
the weaker I become
the chains get tighter and tighter
and I keep getting weaker and weaker
the more I fight
the more I try to scream
tighter the darkness chokes me
