The walls are falling in on me,
Because I’m gay.
People will eat my soul out,
Because I’m gay.
People will call me a fag,
Because I’m gay.
People will beat me,
Because I’m gay.
People will be full of hate,
Because I’m gay.
I feel uncomfortable in church,
Because I’m gay.
The pastor kicks me out,
Because I’m gay.
My own family abandons me,
Because I’m gay.
I have to fight to get married,
Because I’m gay.
At times I have to wear my mask,
Because I’m gay.
I feel so alone,
Because I’m gay.
There is nothing left for me,
Because I’m gay.
There is a bullet in my head,
Because I’m gay.
