Timothy Lee Hollandsworth Jr. - Black Moon

2014-11-07 2

In shadow it's clouded
Hidden behind dark veil
In black it is shrouded
A cold body's tale

The darkness behind
Is less disturbing
Than what you can never find
The silent glow never stops hurting

Empty, and forsaken
Trodden and bare
The man's heart has been taken
And it was buried there

The image still haunts
The voice still sounds
The other continues his taunts
Knees fall softly upon the ground

All is calm in the dead of night
Like staring into the face of Doom
What reason is there left to fight
Underneath this Black Moon?
