.Pd. is here - CONCRETE: Ascending Towers & Descending Rubbles

2014-11-07 3

NOTE: Guys, i think there has been a misunderstanding regarding this poem. It is not about 9/11, twin towers or New York City. Read it and then you'll know what its really about.

Brick and Cement Sandwiched
Piled Up Into Multi-Storey Buildings
In this Concrete Jungle Of The Modern Man
‘Blinded By Materialism’ Has The Truest Meaning.

Obstructed Stars And Obstructed Views
Neglected Stand Essentials And Problems Accrue.
The 1st Storey Just Collapsed Under The Pressure
Their Building is Maimed; They’re Groping For Answers.

What A Shame To Their Own Name
Shaken Is Their World In This Building Block Game
Deserting ‘The Real Endeavor’ They Eclipsed Their Destiny
Caught Off Guard In Their Own Lair - Life Can Be Funny.

Clean Up The Rubble And Build Buildings With Stronger Base
Save Yourself The Trouble Of Re-Building Again and Again.
Open Up Your Mind To Look Beyond Material Things
Let The Rising Sun Welcome Your Mornings.

See The Skies And The Open Views Today
Lest You Should Resent Later The Materialistic Life Spent.
Love, Family and Simple Pleasures Will Make You Content
Before Your Building Topples, Make That Change.

NOTE: So you see, its not about NYC, Twin towers, but about how you should build love, friendship rather than material things!
