Everyday I pray that something will change,
That an angel will appear or a holy sage.
To help get rid of all my troubles and worries,
To make my life a bit more worth living.
Everyday I pray that God will help me,
All the humps and bumps in my life he will see.
Take away the anger from my father's face,
And replace it with love instead of hate.
Everyday I pray i find someone who understands,
Someone who will guide me, take my hand.
Someone who has the same worries, knows how I feel,
Together we'll promise God and make a deal.
Everyday I pray that something will change
