Beo Nguyen - why the worm must die after the rain

2014-11-07 1

In the middle of the road, there was a worm
Looking at him, I stopped
Out of no way; he was trying to find direction
Did he know where he must go?
I asked
The beauty of the sun, so clear
After the rain, there full of light
All bright, the smokeless sky
So clear, as I said
The worm on the road
As God, he who felt, so deep
Opened the heart, he took the worm
As its sweet will, said so
A burning skin, to show fair
The worm must wear
In his question for direction
Returned to God, heaven above the sun
And still, the beauty of the day
After the rain
So clear, the image of the worm
As I said
And so days and nights
I searched and searched
Deep searches inside
The flashing of the moment he died
Did he know where he must go?
The worm must die after the rain
Beside an endless meadow
There was that worm, lying on the road
He could not see under the sun
Add still my question
I asked what meaning to me
The worm had brought
Direction, nothing but misconception
Why, why
The worm must die after the rain
Too soon my friend God said
My answer for you still far away
For you, had many years to stay
