I need two endings to a story,
One with happiness
And another with pain.
So I sit and think about the first,
And I said, 'I'll use rain.'
Because rain makes plants grow, which makes people happy,
Rain is a symbol of hope, not to sound too sappy.
My son was sad
He couldn't go outside to play
Because it was yet
Another rainy day.
And I found what could symbolize sadness and pain
Then I thought, 'You know...
...there's something about the rain.'
