As we travel down this long and winding road
Some of us are burdened with a heavy load
This load we bear is not of material things you see
It is the lack of admitting our sins to Thee
Today I come here Lord to make to you this declaration
With your help I'm going to fight these daily temtations
We all need your help to fight this devil within
So that our every thought does not turn to sin
Help us oh Lord as we travel this day
So we will have the strength to keep the devil at bay
