Velmar Pewee Hale Johnson - A Life Without Parole

When she met, Dan, she thought Heaven had released an angel. How could she ever not love him, he was soft spoken, strong, dashing. She was confused, blinded, not seeing what was really there before her own eyes. Underneath lay a cruel, evil man. He showered her with gifts, made romantic gestures, well in front of other people that is, but he was so different behind closed doors. If only she had stopped, and thought, she might have left him, but her love burned strong for, Dan. She was just cutting up meat when his burst of anger came upon him, she did not mean to stab her beloved. No, it just sort of happened in a blur. 'Damn him, damn him to Hell, ' was all she could say as they lead her to death, and finally she found peace which she never had while alive.
