i was looking through my computer and this is what i found... another poem about cookie monster..

Sometimes I feel like sitting and staring into those dark chocolate eyes
They make my body tremble with the acceptance of our demise.
Lost forever when you leave
However, found when I am not to grieve.
I can not remember when I have felt such a wonderful presence
You bring out my happiness, like the first hunt of the pheasants.
Autum colors of red and gold, auburn and lemon cream
Before this time was when we felt the powers of our hearts scream.
Back then I was frightened to realize what feelings were for me
In such self-hate I was led to deep denile I could not see.
Prayers and thoughts I spoke to Him above
Asking for guidence with signs from a dove.
With answers of the truth spoken here
I listened and realized you are the one I hold so dear.
Trying not to push things too fast
I hold back my desire for our first and our last.
We are the best together and the worst apart
Staring deeply into you, your soul burns into my heart.
When will we not have to be separated by the stupid legislation
And eventually we will be free from all devistation.
Cries from inside tear to get out
Hoping only to lead you out of doubt.
After we fall our hearts can be as one and we will dance
It would be almost as if it was our one and only chance.
Pleasedon't let things change once I take this step forward
If it is too late its only because Iwas a coward.
Hard as it may seem I have fallen for you
I hoped that I could show my love for you with this clue.
Nothing can change my hopes for us
Maybe when we are close no one will ever fuss.
