It may appear that I'm vain because I like me.
But this is the way my parents taught me to be.
To be proud that I'm smart and versatile too,
That many things others can't do, but I can do. I like me because "The Golden Rule" I apply in all my deals.
I like me because human wounds I try sincerely to heal.
I like me because I can face myself at the end of a day,
Knowing that I played the game of life squarely in every way
