Fried Prawn in Sweet Chilles paste with smelly bean recipe

Ingredients :
20 large size shrimps , remove the skin and leave the tail , wash and drain (do not remove the head and tail of the prawn)
4 long pieces of smelly bean ,remove the green skin , take only green color bean
1 large onion , coarsely sliced
1/2 cup tamarind juice (or to taste )
3/4 cup chili paste ( or blend for 40 stems of dried ground chilies )
Salt and sugar to taste (for seasoning)
a little oyster sauce
MSG to taste

Ingredients for fine chopping or blended or grounded by Asian mortar :-
1 large onion
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 inch shrimp paste or " belacan "


Cooking steps

1- Saute finely ground ingredients inside pan with hot cooking oil until fragrant
2- enter the ground dried chilies and tamarind juice
3- Add the onion to wait until a little wilted
4- then put the salt, sugar , oyster sauce .
5- enter smelly bean - wait until the bean change color to dark green and tender
6- Add the shrimp.When shrimp is cooked , remove from heat and serve with rice
