Ima Ryma - Spectacled Caiman - Lincoln Park Zoo

2014-11-06 1

A spectacled caiman I be.
My home is the Lincoln Park Zoo.
Oh what spectacles I do see.
I love watching humans - I do!
Humans think the ridge 'tween my eyes
Looks like I have spectacles on,
And thus my name - no real surprise,
Humans are a phe-name-enon.
A caiman is a crocodile,
With alligator a close kin.
A South American reptile.
Water is where you'll find me in.

At the Zoo, see me in a groove.
And once comfy, I rarely move.
