Despite sluggish growth in the eurozone, the European Central Bank is unlikely to announce any new measures at its monthly meeting. The Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development, meanwhile, has called on Mario Draghi to step up stimulus measures as it cuts its global growth forecast.
