The Gujarat unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is reportedly planning to nominate a new state party president.The post is currently held by R.C. Faldu, a Patel leader. Two state Cabinet ministers, Bhupendrasinh Chudasama and Pradipsinh Jadeja, and Gujarat BJP vice-president and former minister I.K. Jadeja are in the race to the coveted post.
