If one is able to keep himself in good stead
...and safeguard him by controlling his five senses
by not doing the following four flaws of not telling lie,
...of not to fabricate about others,
not to speak harsh words to others
...and not to say unwanted useless matters,
these will eliminate the dirt in mind and
...are said to be good virtues.
