Advanced Full Screen Debugger (AFD) does not work in Windows 7 64bit, so here is the solution for the Students of Virtual University Of Pakistan.
1. First of all check compatibility by using
Hardware-Assisted Visualization Detection Tool. Download from the link below.

after downloading, run it and you will get the message "The computer is configured with hardware-assisted virtualization".
Once compatibility is confirmed.
2. Then download and install,
Windows Virtual PC:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3702
3. Now download and install,
Windows Xp Mode:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8002
After downloading and installation of both the software, follow the video.
