Bill Clinton stumps for Florida's Crist

STORY: Former President Bill Clinton hit the campaign trail in Florida to offer help to Charlie Crist who is statistically tied in his race against Florida Republican Governor Rick Scott.

"Charlie Crist is a grow together and work together candidate," Clinton said at a campaign rally on Monday (November 3) .

Crist, a former Republican governor who switched parties, had 42 percent support in the Quinnipiac University Poll, while Scott polled at 41 percent. Libertarian Adrian Wyllie remained at 7 percent, with 9 percent still undecided.

Both men spent their final day on the road, rallying supporters to vote early, by mail, or on Tuesday. Their campaigns and their parties kept up a furious barrage of mostly negative attack advertising.
