Altaf Hussain Condemns Wagah Suicide Attack

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), Mr. Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the suicide blast incident at Wagah Border, caused dozens of killings, including Rangers personnel and injuries.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief expressed deep sorrow over the incident. He said that the perpetrators, who involved in killing of innocent people in the name of Islam, actually defamed the entire Muslim Ummah and Islam. He said that those beastly creatures were not only the enemies of Islam but also Pakistan and humanity.
Mr. Hussain said that the suicide attack on Wagah Border was an open challenge for the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and the government. He said that although, Pak-army engaged fighting with those terrorists in tribal areas and eliminating their existence from there but it also caused a serious threat to other urban centres, where those elements could migrate in disguise of IDPs.
He insisted that there was a need to expand the army-operation against those terrorists up to the country to cope their activities. He said that the LEAs should make some concrete plan to eliminate those terrorists, especially from urban neighbourhood.
Mr. Hussain prayed Almighty Allah for the sad demise and early and complete recovery for the injured. He also expressed deep condolence to the bereaved families, including the families of the three Rangers. He also appealed to the people, especially MQM Punjab workers and supporters to donate blood and other necessities.
