Demonstrators clash with police in Nantes over death of Rémi Fraisse

Hundreds of demonstrators clashed with police on Saturday (November 1) in Nantes, France, nearly a week on from the death of Rémi Fraisse.

Projectiles were reportedly thrown with police repsonding by firing tear gas and stun grenades.

Fraisse, 21, was killed in an explosion during demonstrations against a controversial dam in the Sivens Forest in south-west France.
