A judge ordered Friday that nurse Kaci Hickox does not have to follow quarantine orders and the state did not supply sufficient information to show Hickox is a threat to her community. The nurse has argued her forced quarantine is unconstitutional and she has not showed any symptoms of the deadly virus.
