All 19 accused plead not guilty but the court has decided to frame charges against them, which means A Raja and Kanznimohi have been charged in the 2G Scam for their alleged involvement in the Rs 200-crore money transaction which was not bonafide and genuine. It was a bribe for grant of telecom licences to DB Group companies.
