Recently, Bethenny Frankel shared a photo on Facebook showing her smiling and holding the book she penned titled ‘Skinnygirl Cocktails: 100 Fun & Flirty Guilt-Free Recipes’. Her aim was to promote the book, however fans who saw the image seemed to be more focused on her weight.
‘The Real Housewives of New York’ reality star Bethenny Frankel is also a self-made businesswoman, being the founder of the ‘skinnygirl’ brand.
Recently, the 43-year-old shared a photo on Facebook showing her smiling and holding the book she penned titled ‘Skinnygirl Cocktails: 100 Fun & Flirty Guilt-Free Recipes’.
Her aim was to promote the book, however fans who saw the image seemed to be more focused on her weight.
She was donning a tiny black blouse and a green leopard skirt which was accessorized by a black belt that wrapped around her exceptionally thin waist.
In an accompanying post, Frankel noted “"My newest book #SkinnygirlCocktails comes out today!! Get it wherever books are sold! All of my favorite Skinnygirl party drink and snack recipes in one handy little book!"
It wasn’t long before commenters posted their own thoughts about the picture and the majority of them were stunned to see her tiny frame.
Some social media users asked her to seek professional help. Earlier this year, Frankel posted another photo that caught quite a bit of attention.
In it, she was wearing her four-year-old daughter’s pajamas.
She later explained her daughter asked her to put the garments on.
