Parliamentary elections were held in Tunisia October 26 for the first time since the ousting of dictator Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali which led the 2011 'Arab Spring' uprising. Official results have been announced, showing the the secular Nidaa Tounes party beat out the Islamist Ennahda party, but does not have a parliamentary majority and will have to form a coalition. teleSUR
