Hey guys! Today I want to show you a simple and effective do-it-yourself facemask. Next time you’re at the grocery store, be sure to pick up some honey, nutmeg and cinnamon, although you might already have these in your pantry. Just don't wear a cute shirt while you're doing this, since it'll drip.

Ok lets get started…

First combine 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp ground nutmeg and 1 tsp ground cinnamon in a bowl. Mix it together until you get a chocolaty like paste.
(while mixing)
Honey has anti-bacterial properties, which are great for preventing infection and reducing swelling. Then the nutmeg is used as an anti-inflammatory, and like the honey, reduces infection and swelling around your clogged pores. This gives you smaller spots and smoother scars.
Last but not least, the cinnamon brings in oxygen, which helps with de-clogging pores and eventually improves skin tone.

Ok looks like it’s ready to apply, you can use a brush to put it on if you want but I’m just going to use my hands.
(puts on mask)

Once you’ve applied the mask, you have to let it sit for about 30 minutes.

So now that it’s dried, I’m going to rinse off, using the nutmeg crumbles as a natural exfoliant. (rinse off)

Wow! My skin feels so smooth and it smells good too. So, if you have acne or are prone to break-outs, you should definitely try this one out. Thanks for watching and if you have any of your own videos, post them and tag us so we can see!
