hasmukh amathalal - My turn

2014-10-29 0

I was rude and selfish
I wanted her to be finished
Not physically but morally
As I wanted the life differently

I had inherited wealth
That was ill gotten from somebody's death
People say" My father was moneylender"
Very hard looking, unkind and ill wisher

Wife had been so kind
Sympathetic and mild
I never thought ill of her
But I was fallen in love for other

I did not find any other way
I told her to be away
She was shocked but obeyed my wish
I deserted her for fake dreams to accomplish

Some years after, I developed some disease
So long money helped the life to be at ease
She pushed me away to be on road
I was once again dependant on the mercy of God

I remembered wife once again
She had sent feelers often
I decided to return
Now it was my turn

(To be continued)
