Simone Inez Harriman - Anorexia

2014-10-29 16

Fearful of kilos
She hunts and starves
Furtively she eats with her eyes
Sickly thin she ogles isles of pies

She could consume.......

Vacuum sealed packages
Of juicy pork sausages
Fairy cakes, gateau's and toffee
How many calories in black coffee?
Roast chicken wafts up her nose
To threaten her resolution she supposed
Padded women reassure her
Fat equals failure
Food is a conspiracy of calorie
To refrain from successfully

She slips guiltily through the mart
Only to abandon her empty cart
To be acceptable to her at least
She vacates the visual feast
