Dislocated Heart - The Park

Underneath a tree, I sat.
She walked up to me and told me her life story.

She has been raped, robbed, stripped of all precious things.
They came from behind her..
I looked at her, she moved closer.
She told me, she believes in God.
The mighty lord above.
She has Hope for a better living,
Suddenly, I look around..

She lives in this park.
She roams the roads at night.
Her green eyes full of hope stares into mines, full of emptiness.
Its as if, she looked into my soul.

I looked at her, head to toe,
hand is broken, hardly whole.
bruises and cuts,
dirt and such,
all over her clothes.

She looked tired,
she said her goodbye.
smiling with her heart,
she walked into the light..
not of the dead,
but onto a better road...

(I guess it proves, no matter how bad things get, tho things may scar you, you can always get bak up, and walk again...)
