My beauty so gracious and gallant
That I have become the modern Adonis
My beauty so deep that the Heavens bowed down before me
Beauty so far that the heavenly Angel’s first sin was that of sneering upon me
I felt so handsome and spellbound that I spurned every love
Now I became
The modern Narcissus
My reflection so radiant and piercing
That my reflection never faded in the mist to where it was cast
My persona radiated so much luminosity, that the sun felt embarrassed when compared to my rays of light
Every creature on earth was captivated with my image that the sense of awestruck never left,
That I became Endymion
Handsome prince of my ravishing home and community
Neighbor’s smitten at the sight of my presence
That she the town put that eternal spell which I never woke from that I became
A modern monument of beauty bearing the names
Adonis, Narcissus, and Endymion
