Take me to the water
Be it river, lake or sea
The waves gently lap upon the shore
Or crashing, breaking, foaming
Tranquilizing, mesmerizing
My life's blood
Purifying, cathartic
Cleansing my soul
Calming my spirit
Lifting me up
Floating me away
