I know my life's less than perfect
Hit a lot of bumps and more ahead.
But to that I can surely say
”I wouldn't have it any other way.”
I'm no celebrity, not a superstar
Who sells platinum records and drives a sports car
But I've lots of people around me
Who love me whoever and whatever I am.
I don't live in a posh mansion
And I don't have a Jacuzzi in my bedroom.
But I've a cozy little place
Where I can comfortably spend my days.
No, I ain't the resident babe
Who turns all heads when passing their way.
But I've my friends who stay
They're truly loyal and would never stray.
A lot in this world's greater than me
But I'm contented, you can see.
Who cares, I just happily laugh
And live my sweet life just the way I like.
