I feel very sorry,
After seeing the patient breaths with difficulty.
His chest huffing and puffing painfully,
Like a fish out of water.
From a distance his wheezing I could hear.
Though the air is the most abundant,
Wherever he goes, he has to carry the oxygen tank.
Without it, he would die in an instant.
Doing daily routine causes him very tired,
Like climbing the mountain of the highest,
Like swimming the ocean from bank to bank.
He feels very depressed and his heart sank.
He is always in and out of hospital,
Because his lung is damaged in total.
Due to chronic chain smoking,
Which is not cool but causes the breath stinking.
Though health education on smoking said all the time,
He never takes it seriously in his mind.
Every time his family see him S.O.B(short of breath) ,
They cry and sob after sob.
