It stays in them,
dormant, all the while
waiting for a chance
to show its ugly face.
Like a wild beast
ready to pounce
on unsuspeting prey
when it goes astray.
Everything will be fine
if you are the hunted
and if you are tame,
if you are obedient
and do as they say.
But, any attempt
at changing roles,
will bring it out,
in attacks,
with a burst of racist bout.
Don't ever be fooled
it is still alive,
if not as in old days
they have found new ways.
