GM CEO Barra told members of the Detroit Economic Club she feels an urgency to make significant changes within her company, Barra says this comes at a time when she predicts more change in the next ten years than we saw in the last fifty. Barra later answered reporters questions about dealing with car safety issues.. "Are we there yet?"
