Woman Dressed as Hello Kitty Arrested for Drunk Driving

Police in Maine arrested a woman after they pulled her over and saw she was dressed as Hello Kitty. Cops say she was also drunk and driving in the wrong lane. Gillian Pensavalle (@GillianWithaG) has the story.
