Most would know her as the comedian Mindy Kaling.
But it turns out a tipsy man at a party cornered 'The Office' star and congratulated Kaling on winning a Nobel Prize.
It's not the sort of award comedians win very often - and this wasn't any different - as the man mistook Kaling for Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai.
Kaling took to Twitter to laugh it off - implying she wishes she was still 17 like Malala.
But Kaling did say she was 'honored' to be mistaken for Malala, who survived being shot by the Taliban in 2012 for supporting women's education.
