Philadelphia police have released surveillance footage of a female suspect who stole a resident’s Halloween decorations right off the front steps of a home.
There are many people who love to show off their Halloween decor. Unfortunately, they sometimes fall victim to vandals.
Philadelphia police have released surveillance footage of a female suspect stealing Halloween decorations off the front steps of someone's home.
The crime occurred on October 23rd shortly before 3:30 in the morning. A car slowly crept by the residence just prior to the theft.
Only moments after the vehicle left the camera's frame, a woman walked up the sidewalk to the house. She went to work grabbing a décor item that evidently piqued her interest.
This was certainly no grab and go effort though, as it took her approximately 2 minutes to finally remove it off the step.
The entire time she fiddled with it, the woman was standing right on the steps next to the front door. She managed to get away with the stolen item unscathed.
Police describe her as a white female, between the ages of 30 and 40, and has a medium height and thin build.
