Bring the rivers of Your peace, O Lord.
Let them burst their banks and overflow,
Flood the barren, desert lands
Where nothing grows.
Bring the rainfall of Your mercy, Lord.
Let it pour, come pelting down
On drought dead plains
Where sin abounds.
Bring the oceans of Your love, O Lord.
Let their waves break deep and wide
Over castles built on sand,
Where men have died.
