Female brick workers in Pakistan complain that employers don't put their name on pay registers. Only men of their families can get pay in spite of them. They are not allowed to get enrolled on pay slips just because of their gender. Moreover, some women workers have complaints that their husband/father or brother doesn't give them the salary for which they have worked the whole month. Government Labor department is also fulfilling it's job as only two female labor inspectors are there to cater the rights of women workers in the province of over 9 million and women are half of the population.
