A clash between residents of Ancholi and law enforcement agencies took place as they arrived to arrest two alleged target killers who had been captured by the area residents.
Unruly scenes were witnessed as the rangers and the police arrived at the spot in Ancholi area where local people captured and later tortured two accused.
According to eyewitnesses, the accused came to target a shopkeeper in the area.
