This Thursday was the last day of the First Congress on Technopolitics, Human Rights and the Right to Information that was held in Bogota, Colombia. On the final day the partcipants debated how to protect Colombian citizens from digital attacks. In Colombia in 2013 alone, about 6 million people were victims of this crime, including many human rights defenders. teleSUR.
