FRENCH PAPERS - Weds. 22.10.14: There's lots of emotion in the French press as papers pay tribute to former Total CEO Christophe de Margerie following his death in a plane crash. Left-leaning Libération says he was a one-of-a-kind boss, and that the "whole country is bowing its head in sadness to the loss of De Margerie".
Also, a French schoolbook exercise is roundly criticised for being sexist and dated.
