Police Arrest 12 In Connection with Violent Pumpkin Festival Riots

Police in Keene, New Hampshire have arrested 12 people in connection with violent riots at a pumpkin festival. Many are even comparing the riots to the ones earlier this years in Ferguson, Missouri.
