Another four suspected cases of Ebola have emerged in Spain.

Some of the patients have been taken to this hospital to go through tests.

They include a passenger who started shaking on an Air France flight to Madrid.

Fellow passengers described what happened.

(SOUNDBITE) (French) UNIDENTIFIED PASSENGER OF THE AIR FRANCE PLANE FROM WHICH A SUSPECTED EBOLA PATIENT WAS TAKEN, SAYING:

"Somebody arrived, a doctor, apparently, wearing a protective suit, who took care of the person and took his body temperature, and that's it. We waited for about two hours in the plane."

The country has been on alert since a Spanish nurse became the first person outside Africa to become infected.

The Ebola outbreak has killed nearly 4,500 people, most of them in West Africa.
