Traci is scared to give extensions a try because she has heard many horror stories so she wants to know how to keep her hair healthy while also wearing hair extensions.
Tip #1: Extensions do not cause damage! If you know how to take care of your hair with and without extensions you will be just fine (I can personally testify to this)
Also co wash and shampoo your hair with diluted shampoo and conditioner no matter what hairstyle you are wearing.
Tip #2: Make sure you install is not causing pain, tight installs damage your hair, not extensions.
