Crumbs Bake Shop introduced the baissant - the latest breakfast hodgepodge to hit the streets of New York City - at the reopening of it's Broadway and 37th St. location on Oct. 14. This comes on the heals of Crumbs' July bankruptcy, after which CNBC personality Marcus Lemonis and Fischer Enterprises bought the bake shop and experimented with a new menu. The baissant is a cross between a bagel and a croissant, and Mashable staff had a fun time taste testing the new breakfast treat.
